Job summary

Master Buick GMC in Augusta, GA is seeking a Customer Care Agent to assist customers with scheduling service, answer vehicle questions, verify recalls, and update records. The role involves phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions in the Service Department.

You will help schedule appointments, contact customers due for maintenance, update profiles, and support checkout in the service lane while upholding the company’s values and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Proficient in scheduling and updating service records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry.
• Confirm incoming web appointment requests.
• Contact online inquiries in a timely manner.
• Utilize manifest lists to contact customers due for maintenance and/or recalls.
• Maintain appointment confirmations, missed appointments, and cancellations.
• Contact and Schedule customers for Special Order Parts.
• Update Customer Profile Information.
• Assisting Customers in the Service Department when checking out.
• Assisting Customers with pulling their vehicle into the lane, or around for pick-up.
• Maintaining Customer Relationships with great Customer Service.
• Perform all duties as assigned by any member of management.
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards outlined in the employee handbook
• Perform other duties as assigned
