RBM of Atlanta is seeking a Service Concierge to ensure an exceptional customer experience in our Mercedes-Benz dealership. You will warmly greet clients, check them in for service, and navigate them to the right advisor, maintaining high standards of professionalism and courtesy.

The role emphasizes responsive communication, issue resolution, and seamless service flow within a busy automotive service environment. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills for diverse clients.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and manage check-in/out efficiently.
• Basic math and ability to interpret simple instructions.

• Greet clients and other guests warmly as they arrive at the dealership.
• Check-in service customers and ensure minimal wait times to speak with an advisor.
• Manage the waiting area and provide amenities while clients wait.
• Listen actively to clients and interpret needs to exceed expectations.
• Record inquiries and communicate potential issues to management for a smooth visit.
• Prepare courtesy car loaner agreements and assist with vehicle inspections and payments.
