Job summary

Honda of Frontenac is looking for a Business Development Agent for its Service Department to be the first point of contact between our customers and the service department. You will own the phone and appointment experience by scheduling, following up, and ensuring customers are taken care of.

You will answer inbound calls, schedule visits, and coordinate with service staff to meet customer needs, while promoting appropriate service packages and building lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple calls and appointments
• Customer service or dealership service department experience preferred
• Comfortable learning new software; DMS experience a plus
• Positive, customer-first attitude

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to service inquiries promptly and professionally
• Schedule and confirm service appointments in our dealership management software
• Follow up after service visits to check satisfaction and drive repeat business
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to match customer needs with shop capacity
• Log customer interactions accurately and pull reports as needed
• Recommend relevant service packages when they genuinely fit the customer's needs
