Stotz Equipment is hiring a Service Clerk in Twin Falls, Idaho. This role combines receptionist, administrative, and service-advisor duties to ensure smooth office operations and strong customer relationships throughout the repair process.

You will greet customers, answer calls, support scheduling, manage work orders, and assist with invoicing and records while promoting teamwork and accuracy in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors and answer phones to provide information.

• Create, update, and maintain work orders and service records.
• Schedule service appointments and handle administrative tasks.
• Perform general clerical duties including filing and data entry.
• Assist with invoicing, accounts receivable/payable as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer and company records in systems.
• Support multiple departments to promote efficiency.
