Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of heavy equipment service or related experience; Caterpillar experience preferred.
• Three years supervisory/management experience required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages annual budgets for parts and service.
• Monitors financials and ensures proper accounting in region.
• Leads branch to meet budgeted objectives and dealer excellence.
• Promotes client care standards and safety culture.
• Oversees recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluations.
