Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; BSEE or BSME preferred.
• Graduate of Electrical Technical School or military equivalent.
• Experience in industrial service industry preferred.
• Strong communication and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales, profit, and quality of the area operation.
• Develop Area Profit Plan and review progress.
• Coordinate training and career development for field personnel.
• Review and sign contracts consistent with authority limits.
• Lead management committee meetings to review business progress.
