Vertiv is seeking a Regional Engineering Supervisor to support the Senior Engineering Manager in managing Engineering Studies and Protection and Controls businesses. You will report for execution and lead efforts to maintain and grow the business units, coordinating with cross-functional teams across service centers and sales.

• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers focused on professional engineering services such as studies and protection and controls.
• Drive pipeline growth with Service Center Managers and Sales; forecast and execute orders.
• Lead backlog reviews and ensure timely closure by responsible parties.
• Assist Sales with customer meetings or communicating schedule changes.
• Mentor team members and provide learning opportunities.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding financials, project status and regional needs.
