Job summary

Sapp Bros., Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our fast-paced diesel maintenance shop.

You will greet customers, write service tickets, and oversee the service process from start to finish, delivering courteous, reliable service and building lasting relationships. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a service advisor role, strong typing and computer skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred).
• At least 1 year of previous experience in a service advisor or service writer role (preferred).
• Strong typing skills and the ability to work with computer applications.
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to perform basic math and use an adding machine.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and write service tickets as needed.
• Oversee the service process from start to finish.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships.
• Ensure safety procedures including lock-out/tag-out.
• Assign work orders to technicians and monitor progress.
• Handle incoming calls professionally.
