Sapp Bros., Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to greet customers, assist with vehicle inquiries, and write service tickets. The role focuses on delivering 5-star service with safety and professionalism in a fast-paced diesel maintenance shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred).
• At least 1 year of previous experience in a service advisor or service writer role (preferred).
• Strong typing skills and ability to work with computer applications.
• A valid drivers license with a good driving record.
• Ability to perform basic math and use an adding machine.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, building lasting relationships.
• Manage the service process from initial contact to completion.
• Ensure vehicles undergo lock-out/tag-out procedures for safety.
• Assign work orders to skilled technicians and monitor job completion.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Complete work orders and assist with inventory management.
• Support over-the-counter sales and assist with fleet accounts.
• Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures, including lock-out/tag compliance.
