Job summary

Sapp Bros., a growing chain of travel centers, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to greet customers, write service tickets, and deliver 5-star service with a focus on safety and professionalism.

In this role you will manage the service process from start to finish, build relationships, oversee work orders, assist with inventory and fleet accounts, and contribute to a clean, safe, high-energy shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred).
• At least 1 year of previous experience in a service advisor or service writer role (preferred).
• Strong typing skills and the ability to work with computer applications.
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to perform basic math and use an adding machine.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, building lasting relationships.
• Manage the service process, from initial contact to completion.
• Ensure vehicles undergo lock-out/tag-out procedures for safety.
• Assign work orders to skilled technicians and monitor job completion.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Complete work orders and assist with inventory management.
• Support over-the-counter sales and assist with fleet accounts.
• Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures, including lock-out/tag compliance.
