Job summary

Tupelo Honey - Columbus is seeking a Floor Lead to help drive service excellence and guest satisfaction. You will lead the floor during shifts, ensure smooth guest experiences, and apply menu knowledge to service delivery.

Ideal candidates bring FOH experience, teamwork, and strong communication. This role emphasizes accuracy with POS operations and supporting a positive dining atmosphere in Columbus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in FOH service environment.
• Positive, proactive teamwork attitude.
• Good math skills and ability to operate a POS system.
• Clear communication with managers, employees, guests and purveyors.
• Ability to move and process information quickly.
• Working knowledge of the English language.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIREMENTS

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
