Job summary

Tupelo Honey in Knoxville, TN, is seeking friendly FOH team members to deliver warm hospitality and guide guests through our Tupelo experience. You will maintain service standards, learn our menus, and help guests feel at home in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in FOH service environment (food service, waiter/waitress).
• Must have a positive, proactive teamwork attitude.
• Good math skills and ability to operate a POS system.
• Clear and effective communication with managers, employees, guests and purveyors at all volume levels.
• Ability to move and process information quickly.
• Working knowledge of the English language.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess a positive, proactive, constructive teamwork attitude.

• Must have a working knowledge of the English language.

REQUIREMENTS

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
