Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
• Ability to process service orders and invoices accurately per guidelines.
• Familiarity with dispatching and scheduling processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process work order tickets and invoices per guidelines.
• Renew service contracts and manage invoicing for CSPs.
• Attend planning sessions and reconcile weekly service paperwork.
