Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Billing Coordinator to join our team and deliver world-class service to customers, colleagues, and communities. You will coordinate service with technicians, subcontractors and customers at designated CTC locations, supporting the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers.

You will handle invoices, renewals, scheduling and customer inquiries while contributing to a culture that values integrity, growth and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Processes completed work order tickets and invoices according to CTC guidelines and customer playbook.
• Completes service contract renewal and invoicing process; ensures records of contract SOW for each customer.
• Attends weekly planning sessions and conducts weekly service paperwork reconciliation.
• Coordinate technician schedules and preventative maintenance/inspection lists with Service Manager.
• Handle incoming customer calls including service dispatching and scheduling; may provide after-hours support.
• May participate in quality assurance calls to customers as needed.
• May provide Service Quotes to customers with supervisor assistance.
• Completes projects by prioritizing, managing time, and adjusting plans.
