Job summary

Subaru Buick Cadillac Lakeland is seeking a motivated Service BDC Representative to drive service department performance by managing customer communications, scheduling service appointments, and supporting retention. You will be the link between customers and the service team, ensuring a positive experience and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include proactive outreach via phone, email, text, and CRM, prompt inquiries handling, and collaboration with Service Advisors.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales or call center (automotive experience preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Positive, energetic, customer-first attitude.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact existing and prospective customers by phone, email, text, and CRM to schedule service appointments.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound service inquiries.
• Follow up on declined service recommendations and missed appointments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and management to optimize scheduling and customer experience.
• Support service marketing initiatives, appointment reminders, and customer satisfaction follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly contact and appointment performance goals.
