Job summary

Rafferty Subaru is seeking an Automotive Service BDC Representative at their Newtown Square location. You will be the friendly voice for the service department, handling calls, scheduling appointments, and guiding customers through service inquiries.

The role focuses on maintaining excellent customer satisfaction, coordinating visits with service advisors, and educating customers on recommended maintenance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a BDC, dealership, or customer service role.
• Familiarity with automotive service or Subaru vehicles is a plus.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, friendly manner.
• Schedule service appointments using Subaru's dealer management systems
• Confirm upcoming appointments and follow ups
• Collaborate with service advisors, parts and managers to coordinate customer visits efficiently
• Educate customers about recommended maintenance
• Keep accurate records of customer communications and service interactions
• Help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and NPS scores
