Job summary

Subaru Buick Cadillac Lakeland is seeking a Service BDC Representative to manage customer communications, schedule service appointments, and support customer retention. You will be the link between customers and the service team, ensuring a positive and efficient service experience.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and CRM skills, with a customer-first attitude. Automotive experience is preferred, and bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or call center environment (automotive experience preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Positive, energetic, and customer-first attitude.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact existing and prospective customers via phone, email, text, and CRM systems to schedule service appointments
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound service inquiries
• Follow up on declined service recommendations and missed appointments
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and management to optimize scheduling and customer experience
• Support service marketing initiatives, appointment reminders, and customer satisfaction follow-ups
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly contact and appointment performance goals
