Job summary

Subaru Buick Cadillac Lakeland is seeking a Service BDCR to drive service department growth by engaging with current and prospective customers, scheduling service appointments, and following up on leads.

You will work with service advisors to optimize scheduling, maintain detailed CRM records, and support promotional campaigns, with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, sales, or call center role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact existing and prospective customers via phone, email, text, or CRM to schedule service appointments.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance and repair services.
• Follow up on declined service recommendations and missed appointments.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with service advisors and management to optimize scheduling and improve the customer experience.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, appointment reminders, and customer satisfaction follow-ups.
• Achieve or exceed daily and monthly contact and appointment goals.

Position Overview

As a Service BDCR, you will play a key role in driving service department growth by engaging with current and potential customers, scheduling service appointments, and following up on leads. Your efforts will directly support service team productivity, customer retention, and dealership success.
