Job summary

Wischnewsky CDJR in Baytown, TX is seeking a Service BDC Representative to join our Service Department. This full-time role focuses on outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and contacting customers with open recalls to drive traffic to the service bay.

You'll use Excel and other computer programs to organize customer data, maintain accurate records, and meet daily appointment goals, with competitive base pay and opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume outbound calls.
• Ability to schedule service appointments and manage recalls.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic computer programs.
• Valid driver's license and insurable.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers using provided lists.
• Contact customers with open manufacturer recalls and schedule recall repairs.
• Schedule appointments for maintenance, services, and repairs.
• Follow up with customers due for service and maintain records.
• Meet daily outbound call and appointment-setting goals.
