You will handle inbound and outbound inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain a professional experience from first contact to completed visit.

Qualifications

• Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred (automotive is a plus).
• Strong communication and phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls, emails, and online inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently.
• Perform outbound follow-up calls for missed appointments, declined services, and service reminders.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs and availability.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and conversion goals.
