Fontana Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is seeking a Service Business Development Center (BDC) Receptionist to answer calls, greet visitors, and coordinate service inquiries. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills within a dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Some post-secondary education or training.
• Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls promptly and professionally.
• Greet visitors and coordinate service inquiries for the department.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on service appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes in dealership software.
• Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks for the Service department.
• Support online inquiries and convert them into scheduled appointments.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer, employee, and company information.
