Job summary

Fontana Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is seeking a Business Development Center Representative to handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and coordinate sales inquiries. You will perform clerical tasks for the Sales departments with a customer-focused approach.

The ideal candidate has some post-secondary education or training and experience in administrative or call-center roles. Strong communication and computer skills are essential, and automotive experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Some post-secondary education or training is preferred.
• 3-6 months of experience in a role involving over-the-phone customer service or sales.
• Excellent telephone, writing and typing skills are required.
• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite, are essential.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.
• Must be engaging, inquisitive, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and greet visitors in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Coordinate inquiries with the appropriate department personnel.
• Support online customers by setting appointments.
• Manage paperwork and records for the Sales departments.
• Maintain follow-up with customers to encourage repeat business.
