Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Professional, friendly demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming and make outgoing calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
• Identify maintenance and recall opportunities to keep vehicles safe.
• Build positive relationships through friendly, professional communication.
• Keep accurate customer records and follow-up information.
• Meet individual and team goals for customer service and productivity.
