Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service BDC preferred.
• Experience scheduling automotive service appointments.
• Strong outbound calling and appointment-setting skills.
• Knowledge of dealership service processes and terminology.
• CRM and dealership software experience.
• Excellent phone, text, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound service calls.
• Schedule and reschedule service appointments.
• Follow up with customers on declined services and recommended maintenance.
• Conduct service retention and overdue maintenance follow-up.
• Respond to customer texts, emails, and online service inquiries.
• Make proactive outbound calls to generate service appointments.
• Maintain accurate notes, appointments, and customer information in the CRM.
• Work closely with service advisors and management.
• Meet daily activity and appointment goals.
• Provide professional and consistent follow-up throughout the customer experience.
