Lexus of Orland is seeking a Service Business Development professional to strengthen our growing team. The role focuses on handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and delivering exceptional customer service across departments.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with prioritization and responsiveness.

Responsabilités

• Handle all incoming calls.
• Schedule all appointments.
• Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner.
• Make follow up calls - customer satisfaction.
• Look up national service history - Dealership Daily.
• Call customers to advise parts are in and set up appointments for install.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
