Ray-Catena-BMW of Westchester is seeking a Service BDC Representative to join our dealership and deliver friendly, professional, and timely customer service in the Service Department.

The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, answering service questions, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. We value reliability, a positive attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, or automotive BDC experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, professional phone presence.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our dealership team. This is an important customer-facing role within our Service Department and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Service BDC Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, assist with service-related questions, schedule and confirm appointments, and help ensure that every customer receives friendly, professional, and timely assistance.

Available Schedules

We currently have multiple full-time schedules available:

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM and Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Every other Saturday: 7:45 AM–4:00 PM, based on assigned schedule

We are looking for someone who is reliable, upbeat, professional, and truly enjoys helping people. Automotive experience is helpful, but attitude, communication skills, and a willingness to learn are just as important to us.

Background check and drug screening are required. Marijuana use is not an automatic disqualifier.
