Tucson Subaru, located on N Oracle Rd. in Tucson, AZ, is hiring a Service BDC Representative to be the first point of contact for service customers. You will help schedule appointments, answer service questions, and provide updates to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, phone etiquette, and a passion for helping customers in a high-volume environment. This is an hourly, on-site role with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call centers, or BDC preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and online inquiries related to vehicle service and maintenance.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments.
• Follow up with customers regarding maintenance and declined services.
• Communicate service updates and assist customers with service questions.
• Perform outbound retention calls and appointment reminders.
• Maintain accurate customer records in dealership systems.
• Support service advisors and the service department for a smooth customer experience.
• Assist with customer satisfaction follow-up and service campaigns.
