Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and schedule follow-ups for service.
• Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email scripts.
• Provide initial product information and direct customers to dealership resources.
• Follow up on missed appointments.
• Participate in team and process development with dealership management.
• Utilize BDC tracking system daily.
