TheHiley Automotive Group is seeking a customer service coordinator to support our Fort Worth dealership. You will handle calls, emails, and live chats, and help schedule service appointments with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Qualified candidates bring bilingual English/Spanish skills, prior customer service experience, and a collaborative attitude. Automotive knowledge is a plus, and a flexible schedule is required to match BDC hours.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.
• At least one prior role in customer service.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork.
• Prompt and courteous demeanor.

• Solid computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and follow up with service appointments.
• Respond to inquiries via internet, phone, and live chat using email, scripts and templates.
• Provide initial product information and direct customers to dealership resources.
• Follow up with missed appointments.
• Participate in team/process development sessions with colleagues and management.
• Use BDCtracking system daily.
