theHiley Automotive Group seeks a Bi-Lingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative for its busy multi-dealership BDC in Fort Worth, TX. You will handle service-related inquiries by phone, email, and live chat, guide customers to appropriate resources, and coordinate follow-ups to maximize appointments and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, a collaborative spirit, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups for service appointments.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with missed appointments
• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize BDCtracking system daily.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish
• At least one previous role based in customer service experience
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook (and preferably dual-screen experience)
• Able to work any days/hours the BDC is open
• Automotive knowledge a plus
