Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane, ensuring prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience with meaningful follow-ups.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technician time is allocated to service needs.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, and repairs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts/tools as needed.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and staff training.
• Enforce company policies and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain good relations with factories and support cross-department decisions.
