Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and monitor service department staff.
• Set service objectives and drive annual sales and revenue.
• Encourage ongoing training for technicians on new systems.
• Maintain professional workplace and motivate staff.
• Drive efficient sales and production to optimize throughput.
• Oversee warranties, complaints, cause, and correction processes.
• Establish department goals and track progress.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers.
• Ensure proper paperwork and records for service activity.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including OSHA and hazardous waste rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
