Job summary

Mechanicsville Honda in Mechanicsville, VA is seeking a full‑time BDC Service Agent to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails. You will identify customer needs, provide service appointment availability, and coordinate with service advisors to book vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting interactions in the customer management system, and following dealership processes.

Qualifications

• Advanced computer & phone skills.
• Typing speed 35-40 words per minute.
• Experience using customer tracking systems to track calls and appointments.
• Appointment setting experience a plus.
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Team player.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test).

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound/outbound calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide information on service appointment availability.
• Partner with the service department to schedule vehicle service appointments.
• Greet customers and provide information on shuttle schedule if needed.
• Document all contacts in the customer management system.
• Follow dealership processes and procedures with high contact frequency.
