Sonic Automotive, Inc. is seeking a Service BDC Agent for Lexus of Marin in San Rafael, CA to generate service appointments and provide a premium customer experience using CRM and internet inquiries.

The role requires an associate-level track record in high-volume environments, strong phone communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team; it is a full-time position with weekend availability.

Formación

• Previous experience in a high-volume call center or commission-driven role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone.
• Goal-driven to meet and exceed store appointment goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and have a valid driver license.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
• Generate service appointments.
• Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
• Effectively utilize lead management tools.
• Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
