Job summary

Lexus of Serramonte, part of Sonic Automotive, Inc., is hiring a Service BDC Agent to generate service appointments and manage customer inquiries via the internet. The role uses CRM software to track interest, requires strong phone skills, and rewards reliability with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume call center or commission-driven role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Able to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
• Enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM promptly and accurately.
• Generate services appointments.
• Conduct phone surveys to gauge customer preferences and experience.
• Utilize lead management tools effectively.
• Prepare necessary reports and forms on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate ethical behavior and maintain customer satisfaction.
