Norfolk Auto Center in Northeast Nebraska is seeking a motivated BDC Agent to join our team. You will manage service reservations, assist customers, and relay status updates while maintaining a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and eligible for insurance coverage in-state.
• Prior call center/customer service experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound/inbound calls to schedule service appointments.
• Verify customer and vehicle information and service needs.
• Conduct 24-hour reminder calls for all service appointments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of dealership products and services.
• Contact internet customers regarding service inquiries or scheduling.
• Complete call sheets for feedback to Service Manager.
• Communicate status of vehicles to customers and service advisors.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
