Friendly Honda is seeking an enthusiastic service-admissions associate to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate with internet leads in a busy automotive service department.

You will speak directly with customers, resolve basic inquiries, and ensure smooth handoffs to service staff. This is a full-time on-site role offering stable income and benefits including health/dental, vacation, and a 401K.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks.

• Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper service appointment

• Speak directly with customer to assist with all inquiries and issues
