Friendly Honda in New York's Hudson Valley is seeking staff for the growing service department to handle customer inquiries and appointments. The role offers a path into the automotive service industry, with opportunities to engage customers and support service operations.

Compensation is competitive with a $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 yearly range plus monthly bonuses, plus benefits including uniforms, paid vacation, paid sick time, a 401K, and health and dental insurance.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phone appointments.
• Work with internet leads to set proper service appointments.
• Deliver inquiries/messages promptly to service personnel.
• Speak directly with customers to assist with inquiries and issues.
