Friendly Honda is seeking a service advisor to enhance our growing service department and deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Town of Poughkeepsie location. The role thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment with strong teamwork and clear communication with technicians.

We offer a lucrative compensation range ($70,000–$110,000 yearly) with weekly/monthly bonuses, a four-day work week, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off.

• Knowledge of automobiles preferred.
• Friendly and positive attitude.
• High volume mentality.
• CSE focused.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly.
• Maintain a high CSI score.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms to a technician as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle history.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently.
• Communicate all completed work and charges to customers.
• Provide an excellent overall customer service experience.
