Job summary

Friendly Honda in the Greater New York area is seeking a service advisor to enhance our growing service department and provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, professional workplace and contribute to a high CSI score.

You will greet customers, obtain vehicle information, communicate with technicians, prepare cost estimates, and deliver an excellent overall service experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automobiles preferred
• Friendly and positive attitude
• High volume mentality
• CSE focused

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly
• Maintain a high CSI score
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms to a technician as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle history
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently
• Communicate all completed work and charges to customers
• Provide an excellent overall customer service experience
