Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Spokane is seeking a Service BDC Administrator to manage inbound service inquiries, schedule appointments, and support retention efforts. You’ll be the first contact for many customers, delivering a seamless, professional experience from initial contact through service completion.

Located onsite in Spokane, WA, the role reports to the Fixed Operations Manager and offers opportunities to contribute to customer satisfaction and department efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of automotive, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
• Proficient in phone systems, email, and CRM software.
• Customer-first mindset with strong phone and email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm customer service appointments.
• Conduct appointment reminder and follow-up communications.
• Assist with service retention campaigns and customer outreach.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Coordinate with service advisors and department leaders to maximize shop efficiency.
• Monitor appointment schedules and ensure proper routing of customer concerns.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience with every interaction.
