Job summary

Treasure Valley Subaru is seeking a friendly, organized Service BDC Representative to join our team in Idaho. You will be the vital link between customers and our service department, helping schedule appointments, answer questions, and follow up on service needs so every interaction starts on the right foot.

You’ll communicate with customers by phone, text, and email, work closely with service advisors, and maintain accurate records in dealership systems.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional phone presence and etiquette.
• Comfortable making inbound and outbound calls.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Previous BDC/call center or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding service needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, and email.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Provide customers with basic information about dealership service offerings.
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information in dealership systems.
• Work closely with service advisors and other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Follow up with customers and help maintain strong relationships.
• Deliver friendly, professional service during every customer interaction.
