Pines Auto Group is actively seeking a Service BDC to be the first point of contact for customers seeking automotive service. You will manage calls and emails, schedule appointments, and support the service team to ensure a smooth, positive experience for every visitor.

Ideal candidates will bring strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities, with experience using scheduling software and a dealership environment preferred. Nights and weekends availability is often required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or automotive fields is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a dealership service environment or customer service role preferred.
• Proficient in using phone systems and scheduling software.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming service calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers regarding service reminders and confirmations.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service schedules.
• Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely service delivery.
• Promote additional services and maintenance plans as appropriate.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance loyalty and retention.
