Job summary

Scharmach Automotive Group is seeking a Service BDC Agent to serve as the first point of contact for customers needing service appointments. You will work with the service team to ensure a superior customer experience and retention.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays, with a Washington driver’s license being a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Strong communication, verbal and written, is essential.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is expected.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, friendly demeanor focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Washington State driver’s license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments in the scheduling system.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer data records.
• Follow up on reminders, confirmations and post-service feedback.
• Assist service advisors and managers to optimize scheduling and workflow.
• Promote dealership services, specials and maintenance packages.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the dealership’s reputation.
