This role emphasizes efficient scheduling, show-rate optimization, and proactive follow-up with customers to drive service lane traffic and retention in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Prior BDC, call center, or customer service experience; automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM and DMS scheduling systems and digital communication tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-first approach.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume calls and messages.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls, texts, emails, and chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments.
• Schedule appointments and manage show rates, recalls, and deferred services.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in CRM/DMS and track follow-ups.
• Monitor performance metrics and report daily/weekly/monthly results.
