Bob Loquercio Auto Group is seeking a motivated BDC Service Representative to be the first point of contact for service customers, scheduling appointments and following up on service needs to deliver an exceptional experience.

You will communicate via phone, email, text and online channels, update CRM records, and work with Service Advisors to maximize retention while maintaining accurate records and professional service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, BDC, appointment setting, or automotive environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone and through digital communication.
• Comfortable making both inbound and outbound customer calls.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound service inquiries via phone, email, text, and online channels.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers.
• Conduct outbound calls to customers regarding service reminders, declined services, maintenance recommendations, and follow-up campaigns.
• Accurately enter and update customer information within the dealership CRM system.
• Utilize dealership scripts, processes, and workflow tools to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Service Managers to maximize appointment retention and service lane efficiency.
• Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business.
• Manage appointment schedules and maintain strong communication with service department personnel.
• Generate customer interest in recommended maintenance and service offerings.
• Maintain detailed records and complete required reports in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
