Job summary

Champion-Chevrolet-of-Avo in Avon, NY is seeking a Service BDC Representative to generate and retain service business by effectively communicating with customers, scheduling service appointments, and guiding them through the dealership's service options.

You will manage inbound inquiries, follow up on recalls and maintenance reminders, keep the CRM up to date, coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians, and ensure a world-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Experience with dealership management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments.

• Document interactions in CRM and dealership management system.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors, Dispatch, Parts, and Service Management.
