Madison Honda is seeking an Automotive Customer Service BDC Consultant to leverage strong communication skills and product knowledge to drive appointments and customer satisfaction. The role involves handling heavy inbound and outbound calls, updating records, and coordinating with Sales and Service to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Phone or telemarketing experience in automotive, business development, or customer service.
• Professional, enthusiastic and friendly attitude at first contact.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to initiate dialogue with BDC Manager.
• Organized, multi-tasked, self-motivated, and able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls according to script and schedule a sales appointment.
• Make outbound calls.
• Log all customer comments.
• Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
• Contact customers using scripts to schedule appointments for Sales and Service.
• Confirm scheduled appointments.
• Post scheduled appointments on appointment board in BDC.
• Reschedule no-show customer appointments.
• Follow up with Sales or Service to determine appointment outcome.
