Job summary

Madison Honda is seeking an Automotive Customer Service BDC Consultant to handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule sales and service appointments, and support daily client communication.

You will log customer interactions, follow scripts, and work with the Sales/Service teams to optimize the appointment process. A high school diploma and phone-based experience are preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with phone-based customer service or telemarketing, preferably in automotive.
• Ability to follow scripts and use standard sales processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional, enthusiastic demeanor.
• Organized, self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and schedule sales appointments.
• Make outbound calls and log customer comments.
• Schedule follow-up contacts and confirm appointments.
• Coordinate with Sales and Service to ensure appointments are kept.
• Update customer records and notify departments when appointments are set.
• Generate reminders via letters, postcards, and emails.
• Meet or exceed monthly goals.
