Paragon Honda is seeking an Automotive Customer Service BDC Consultant to manage heavy inbound and outbound calls, schedule sales and service appointments, and maintain customer records. You will log interactions, follow up consistently, and work with multiple teams to ensure seamless service.

A friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience with phones or Telemarketing in automotive, business development, or customer service.
• Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude at first contact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, multi-tasked and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Word and data entry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle heavy inbound and outbound calls and schedule sales appointments.
• Make outbound calls and log customer comments.
• Schedule follow-ups if no appointment is made.
• Contact customers to schedule appointments for Sales and Service.
• Confirm and post scheduled appointments on the appointment board.
• Reschedule no-show appointments and follow up on outcomes.
• Notify departments when appointments are scheduled.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
• Meet or exceed monthly goals.
